We participate in many plans that fall under the listed contracts.
If your insurance is not listed below, please contact our patient account department at 317-621-9183 for verification.
Network Discounts
According to Northpoint Pediatrics's contract with your insurance company, network discounts MAY NOT apply to non-covered services. This includes calendar year routine benefits that are exhausted.
Statements
To avoid additional charges, please make payments upon receipt of your initial statement. You can use our Online Bill Pay or call 317-621-9183.
Insurance Cards / Coverage
All insurance policies, including secondary coverage, must be presented before being seen. Please be prepared to provide your insurance card(s) before each appointment. Please inform us of any insurance changes at check-in, such as a new group or policy number, co-payment, or new employer.
Co-payments and Non-Covered Services
Co-payments and non-covered service amounts are due when services are provided, regardless of who accompanies the child to the appointment. Payment in full is required when services are provided if Northpoint Pediatrics does not have a contract with your insurance company.
Deductibles
If you have not met your deductible, we will collect 50% of the office visit charges at checkout.
