I grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Lawrence Central High School. I then completed my bachelor of science degree at the University of Notre Dame, attended Indiana University School of Medicine, and received my MD degree. I completed my Pediatric residency at Riley and Methodist Hospitals. 

My husband is an anesthesiologist, and we have three children. I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, and reading in my free time.
